We want you to love your fashion-forward look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that custom-altered items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
